Merry Christmas from me and from my zoo. I wish all the best to you and yours in the coming year and beyond.
In this picture, we have Jewel (Congo African Grey Parrot) in the tree, Dakota (Springer Spaniel cross) on the left, myself in the middle and Chester (Irish Setter) on the right.
We are getting some fresh snow here for Christmas and although I would be happy without the shoveling, I have to admit that it really does look bright and pretty now. I still have to work the next couple of days though and I'm hoping I will be able to get through the snow to get to work.
I know that not all of you get snow in the winter, but I'm sure there are others like me who know how to shovel.
After many years of pet bird ownership, I have decided to write e-books about the care of some of these wonderful birds.
Click on the book you are interested in to go to the page with more details.
Please drop by the bird forum and say hello to everyone. We need a bit more conversation about our birds going on. Tell us what you are getting your birds for Christmas this year. Jewel is getting a new toy.
See the links below to go to the most recent posts on the forum and jump right in with any questions or comments. Most people are a little shy about posting right away, but I promise that we are all very friendly and would love to have you join us.
I hope everyone has a wonderful year ahead as well as many more to come.
