Haitians Seek to Ban Grand Theft Auto
Complaining about the Kill the Haitian levels in the popular video game, the group has filed a suit to ban all sales of Grand Theft Auto 3.

The suit was filed on December 23, 2003 in a Florida court. This came after Rockstar agreed to remove the phrase Kill All Haitians from future releases of the game, but the Haitians did not feel this was good enough. The group also seeks $15,000 in damages.

Grand Theft Auto 3 has sold over 11 million copies since its release, and is now available for the PS2, PC and XBox. Its successor, Grand Theft Auto - Vice City is also selling extremely well. Both are mature titles, meant for an adult audience.
