There is hidden wisdom in crystals and the Native American healer or Spiritual Leader can unlock the healing power to bring a person's vibrational life force energy back into focus. The energy of the crystal can be used to redirect the erratic, rambling vibrations that throw us off balance, causing illnesses of the body, psychological discontent and spiritual upheaval. It is within the chakras that the healer works on.

Chakra's are spiritual energy centers that link the human body with the mind and the spiritual processes. Chakra means wheel, or disk, and sends out life force energy to different parts of the body. There are six chakras that branch out from the spinal column, beginning at the base of the spine and going up to the head, emanating from the major nerve ganglia. A seventh chakra, which is in our higher realm, beyond and above the physical, completes the "life force energy" system. The spinning spheres of these ganglia spread out fine little branches to make connections with other nerve centers. When these branches are broken or lose direction then all kinds of problems can occur with the body and the mind. If you can imagine a bunch of "bumper cars" going crazy by excited and inexperienced drivers, you will have a pretty good idea of what ganglias can do if they are misdirected.

Each crystal has it's own energy center and vibrational power that can aid the different chakras to re-align the body. To then re-align the six chakras with the seventh, the Sahasrara, brings spiritual harmony as well as physical and mental balance back to the individual who has been ill. Since crystals come from Mother Earth, the one who gives and restores life, and emit vibrations from light, the core of all creation, they are a healing aid of powerful and mysterious wisdom and energy.

It takes an experienced healer to know how to work with crystals and Native American healers have studied for years to gain the knowledge needed to understand the physical, psychological and spiritual processes and how they connect and affect each other. It is not such a good idea for an inexperienced layman to attempt healing with crystals without the aid of a healer with the necessary knowledge. However, there are simple ways to use crystals if you have some knowledge of their powers.

Finding out the power of each crystal, based on it's type and color, can help to bring and keep harmony in your life. Wearing the right crystal on a necklace or making a medicine wheel or grid with crystals can be a good way of working with crystals for yourself. Attempting to heal others with crystals is better left to the experienced healer.

For centuries, people of all cultures and race have used quartz crystal for opening the mind to the spiritual side. They enhance the life force and keep us in harmony with the good side of the spiritual world. To wear a quartz crystal on a chain or carry it in a pocket and keep it with us at all times gives us the healing energy needed for the soul, the heart, the body, the mind and keeps us in tune with Nature.

Quartz crystal can aid us in facing our fears and bring us peace and comfort by connecting us to our spirit.
