Native American artists have many good works out there and I would like to share some of them with you. The books, films and music are great works and will inspire and teach.

NAWA Cookbook  NAWA is the Native American Women´s Association and support Native American youth in a positive way. This cookbook helps fund scholarships and other educational events. It contains many wonderful traditional and contemporary indian recipes. Our Spirits Don't Speak English, Review  A review of the Rich Heape film "Our Spirits Don't Speak English" from the "Circle of Life Series". Our Stories Remember by Joseph Bruchac  Filled with Native American cultural stories and history this book walks us through the eyes of the American Indian regarding life, history and stories from the beginning to end. Plains Indian Dresses, Book Review  19th Century Plains Indian Dresses by Susan Jennys is a "must have" book if you are making traditional style dresses for your regalia at a powwow. Pottery By American Indian Women, Book Review  Reviewing "The Legacy of Generations" by Susan Peterson. A book about pottery by Native American women. Rachel Carson - Preserving A Sense Of Wonder by Joseph Bruchac, illustrated by Thomas Locker  This book is an inspiring work that brings to life this historical woman who has worked on preserving the environment for our children. Robert Tree Cody and Hovia Edwards - Reflections  These two flutists and singers combine to bring wonderful traditional Native American music into your home. A must have! She Who Remembers, Review  She Who Remembers, by Linda Lay Shuler is an emotionally beautiful story of the ancient Anasazi peoples, their daily lives, loves and struggles. The Cherokee Herbal, Book Review  The Cherokee Herbal, by J. T. Garrett, is a well-written book containing a wealth of information on herbs that the Cherokee peoples have used for generations for medicinal purposes. Wild Inferno, Book Review  Review of Sandi Ault's new book, Wild Inferno. Ms. Ault brings back the memorable characters of Jamaica Wild and her wolf, Mountain, in an adventure of intrique and danger during a horrendous wildfire! Wild Sorrow Book Review  Wild Sorrow is the third book in the adventures of Jamaica Wild and her wolf, Mountain. Sandi Ault has given us even more thrilling adventures to read!
