BellaOnline is a terrific site where you can interact with other people through the forums, get great information, add your own thoughts, share stories and other information and seek help. On the Native American site you will find interesting articles and newsletters with information on Native American history, culture, traditions, arts and crafts, stories, legends,
geneaology, healing and cleansing the body/mind/soul, recipes, upcoming Native American events and many other topics plus a great forum where you can seek help from other readers and share your own thoughts.

My newsletter will be coming out twice a month and will be offering insight and information on subjects you want to find out about. This newsletter is for you, so let me know the subjects you want to see in your newsletter. One reader has asked for some recipes. Check out my article that is coming out on 01/21/08 which has two great recipes, one for Tomato Soup and one for Indian Tacos - a great and satisfying winter's day meal for the entire family. If you are looking for a specific recipe, let me know and I will find it for you. I am here for you so take advantage of this wonderful opportunity and sign up for free!

In the forum, you are welcome to join us at the campfire and share stories of the ancestors, myths, legends, prayers and poems. The talking stick is passed around so all have a chance to speak.

If you have any upcoming events you would like me to post in this newsletter, let me know and we'll get in the next issue.
