Smoke Signals Newsletter

Smoke Signals Newsletter
Greetings and welcome to the Native American site newsletter! There is a prayer from Chief White Eagle of the Ponca Tribe, titled “Go Forward with Courage,” and it beautifully describes my intention as the Native American site editor at BellaOnline. My vision is that we meet along the path of this sacred journey, and we help one another strive to uncover and strengthen spiritual gifts. Together, we go forward with courage as we embrace individual and community transformation.

The Native American site newsletter is emailed weekly. It is designed to make it easy for you to see when new articles are posted and engaging forum discussions are started. You will also find information on events and activities that highlight Native culture in North America. Each newsletter is conveniently linked to the Native American site at BellaOnline where you will find words of wisdom and stories of generational healing from the effects of historical trauma. These stories and teachings focus on illumination and clarity from the viewpoint of` Native American culture past and present.

This site is a safe place where learning and sharing takes place. Everyone is welcome. I encourage you to get signed up for the newsletter, registration is free and easy! A “Subscribe Box” is found at the bottom of this page for your convenience. Enter your email address and you will receive a confirmation.

At BellaOnline, your internet privacy and security are of utmost importance. Your email address will never be sold or shared and is not visible to anyone at any time. Your account will not be spammed through us. We value and respect your privacy and are dedicated to providing a safe site.

Among other things, this newsletter will link you to articles and resources that are committed to the promotion of physical health and spiritual well-being for the Native People of North America. However, the common bond of humanity opens the teachings to all who wish to join and learn and heal.

BellaOnline reaches out to a global community and all are invited. The themes of historical trauma are played out in many nations of the world, even today. The stories of Native Americans in particular are filled with the deepest of suffering but also with stories of triumph and courage.

My Crow Tribal name is Sacred Tobacco Woman, and I send prayers to the Great Spirit that you may join me in the healing work of forgiveness and unity which clears a path for joy, knowledge, freedom, love, and empowerment.
