Managing Clairvoyant Episodes

If you’re prone to sensing things not entirely of this world, you may find yourself having to balance some of the extra emotions that usually tend to come with them. With a few personal tools at your side, you can better manage those unpredictable’s and have a place to turn when you’re feeling the most caught off guard!

There never seems to be enough hours in the day to get all the things done we need or really want to. If you happen to be someone that picks impressions up about people and outside situations, you know they can hit at any time.

Although you may be subject to your surroundings there are a few really great tools you can use to help keep you focused on what you need to and block some of the sensations you may not have the time or energy to deal with.

Clairvoyance is a gift but depending on the type of day you're having, you may not have it in you to deal with the "affair" or "meltdown" that doesn't happen to belong to you.

One of the most powerful tools available to people with heightened awareness is the on/off switch. It's there, it just doesn't like to advertise that it is.

Although there are several ways we get our information, to simplify, two of the greater channels we're prone to be flooded with it, lie in the mind and Soul.

Picture your "vessel-being" as a ship. Although it's there in the water and subject to the elements, there are a few identifiable power houses where it captures more of what's going on around it.

The on/off switch works very much like the sails of a ship. Up when you're open for business, down when you want to be left alone. The only difference is that it's something you're going to need to implement visually.

Another helpful command is, what's called, a safe word. Something simple like the word Stop, no, or no thank you if you want to be extra polite about not receiving visitors. It becomes even more powerful when you have an image to go along with it, like a red stop sign or blackboard with the word no or not now written across it.

With a little practice any of these tools can be mastered and can make all the difference in this world for the times the Other happens to cross paths with it.
