1 cup regular oats
3/4 cup (3 oz) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
1 tsp chopped fresh thyme
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 lb chicken breast tenders
Cooking spray

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

Place oats in a food processor, and process for 20 seconds or until
coarsely ground. Add cheese, thyme, salt pepper and all other spices. Pulse to combine, and place in a shallow bowl.
