Adobe TV - Great Flash Resource

Have you checked out tv.adobe.com lately. It's an ever growing YouTube-type website from AdobeR. There you will find great videos from how-tos and interviews to user profiles, featuring Adobe experts and evangelists. You will also see some freebies from online learning sites such as Lynda.comR.

You can use your Adobe account to login and create a "My Library" list of your favorites. Just click the Save button under the video player for that video episode and it is added to your list. But if you prefer to watch offline, you can use the Adobe Media Player to subscribe to have new releases of your favorites automatically downloaded or streamed.

Adobe also lets you share your favorites on your own website or blog. Just click the Share button under the video player and grab the URL link to the webpage for that video or the embed code for adding the video directly into your website. You have several choices for the size of the embedded player.

Each Adobe product has a dedicated section on the site with quick links to the most needed resources such as Learn the Basics and Take a Featured Tour. Listed under the Shows section, you will get three shows.

CS6 & Creative Cloud Feature Tour for Web - new features for Web professionals
CS6 & Creative Cloud Feature Tour for Design - new features for Flash designers
ADC Presents - how-tos and tech articles for developers

Listed under the Episodes section, you will fine thumbnails for each featured video. You use the tabs to sort the videos by Featured, Most Viewed, Highest Rated, Recently Added and A-Z. An easy way to tell what software is discussed in the video is to check the small icons under the short description. There will be an icon for each Adobe software featured in that video. You can also place your mouse cursor over the thumbnail to see a longer description, runtime, date uploaded and number of views.

There is a wealth of videos on the site which are divided into categories called "Channels".
