Special Holiday Eggnog
Looking for low sugar, low alcohol version of eggnog? Here is one for your to put your mark on.
There is a debate as to the origin of eggnog. It is believed this tradition was brought from England as during the holidays large quantities are consumed. Rum or other liquor is added to eggnog for an added punch.
This version is non alcoholic version. Remember moderation is key.


1 quart of half and half(you can use a low fat version)
1/4 cup Splenda or other non sugar sweetner(to taste)
1/4 cup egg beaters
2/3 cup DaVinci Sugar Free Egg Nog Syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Spritz of nutmeg
Spritz of cinnamon
Spritz of mace
Spritz of ginger

Spice to your likes, although nutmeg is traditional make this eggnog your own.

Mix well to incorporate spices. Put in bottle or container. Shake well and refrigerate.


This does not include the DaVinci Sugar Free Egg Nog Syrup.
