Alphabet Themed Snacks
Are you teaching your preschool homeschooler the alphabet? Or maybe you are reviewing the letters of the alphabet during the summer months? Here are some great snack ideas to go along with each letter of the alphabet!


A- apple slices, applesauce, apricots, animal crackers and apple juice.

B- bagels (mini) with blueberry cream cheese, bananas, bugles, bread with blackberry jam and bean salad (as in 3 bean salad).

C- carrots sticks, celery sticks, chocolate chip cookies, chocolate milk and candy corn.

D- doughnuts, dip with vegetables, dates, Doritos and deviled eggs.

E- edamame, eclairs, elbow macaroni, enchiladas and English muffins with spread.

F- funnel cakes, figs, Fruit Loops cereal, fruit salad and frozen yogurt.

G- grapes, granola bars, grapefruit slices, gingersnaps and grape juice.

H- hummus with crackers, honeydew melon, hash browns, honey on biscuits and hearts of palm salad.

I- ice cream cups, iceberg lettuce salad cups, iced tea (decaf), Irish Soda Bread and Italian bread.

J- jellybeans, jelly sandwiches, juice (Juicy Juice), jicama sticks with dip, and Jello.

K- kiwi, key lime pie, Kix cereal, kumquats and Kit-Kats.

L- lemonade, licorice, ladyfingers, linguine and lychees.

M- marshmallows, macadamia nuts, moon pies, macaroni and cheese, and matzo.

N- nut mix, nectarines, naan bread, Nutterbutter cookies and nachos.

O- olive tray, orange slices, onion rings, oatmeal cookies and Oreos.

P- popcorn, potato chips, pretzels, pumpkin pie and plums.

Q- quiche, quinoa, quince fruit, quesadilla and Quaker oatmeal.

R- raspberries, raisins, ravioli, rye bread and Reeses Peanut Butter Cups.

S- saltines crackers, sunflower seeds, salsa and chips, Skittles and strawberries.

T- tuna fish, tomatoes, tangerines, tortilla chips and Trix cereal.

U- udon noodles, upside down cake, unsalted pretzels, unleavened bread and Uncle Ben's Rice (maybe make a rice pudding).

V- vanilla wafers, vinegar and oil dressing on salad, vegetable medley, Velveeta shells and cheese and V-8 juice.

W- watermelon, water chestnuts, watercress sandwiches, walnuts and waffles.

X- candy kisses (xxxx's), x shaped bread sticks (use the refrigerated dough to make and bake), X-mas Cookies (explain how the X is short for X-mas in slang), X Cheetos (X and O shapes) or soft pretzels shaped and baked into x's, and cereal mix that ends with x- Chex, Trix, Kix and Crispix.

Y- yogurt, Yogos, yams, Yoo-Hoo, Yodels, and yellow squash.

Z- zebra cakes, zucchini, ziti, zeppole, and Zingers cakes.
