No-Bake Caramel Truffle Squares Recipe

Donít have time to bake, but want to add something luscious to your Christmas treat trays or a holiday buffet? No one will be able to resist No Bake Caramel Truffle Squares, and they wonít have a clue that they are really easy. These decadent treats are composed of store-bought shortbread cookie crumbs and butter pressed into a dish, topped with easy homemade caramel, and covered with a luscious truffle topping. These treats keep well (as long as they are hidden), so they can be made ahead.
