Stuffy nose problems might be a thing of the past with this remedy. Try this herbal remedy which uses ginger to solve the nasal congestion problem. Grate some ginger. Pour a cup of boiling water over the grated ginger. Let the mixture sit for ten minutes and then strain. Add a dash of cayenne pepper and sip slowly.
Boost Immune System
Researchers found that eating raw onions on a regular basis actually boost the immune system. Add raw onions or lightly cooked onions to daily meals to receive these healthy benefits.
Are you prone to mild indigestion or stomach aches? Well, instead of reaching for that over the counter remedy, try sipping some ginger tea with lemon. Sweeten with honey for a soothing and pleasant taste.
Treat a mosquito bite with something that is already in your kitchen cabinet. Sprinkle meat tenderizer on the mosquito bite for soothing relief.
Inhale lavender essential oil. It is thought that the oil calms the nerves and creates a general feeling of well-being and relaxation.
Eat a sprig of parsley or the parsley can be steeped in boiled water. Let cool and use as a mouthwash.
Apply clove oil to the tooth. The clove oil soothes pain and fights infection.
A natural herb cure for gas is Anise. Make an infusion and mix with hot water. Let cool and sip to ease gas or bloating.
