FROM THE EDITORHappy Mother's Day! As a mother of six, I am acutely aware of the immense store of power and reserve that lies at the heart of every mother. No matter how old our children are, we feel their sorrow, share their joys, and send energy to them - from infanthood and long into adulthood. The mothering heart is a special one. I intended to bring you this ezine on Mother's Day, but the Universe had other plans for me. Instead, I had the privledge of witnessing the birth of my new grandson, Damien Nantai, born over two weeks early but as strong, healthy and vital as a full-term newborn. This is the second child for my daughter, Ariana - she gave me my first granddaughter, Natalya Raine just 18 months ago. My motherly heart is full - and now shares the special energy that only Grandmothers know. This energy brings to mind the tarot trump card: EMPRESS. My Gift to You.Another new event that began in April is an in-depth approach to the essence of the Tarot. So far, four features have introduced the Tarot Suits. You can read comprehensive descriptions of the Cups, Wands, Swords, and Coins to learn about the special energies that these categories give to the Tarot.
