ONION DIP

6 oz. cottage cheese
2 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. buttermilk
Dash of onion flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Cake coloring for looks

Blend until creamy. Serve with celery sticks or raw cauliflower.

DIETER'S DIP

1 (8 oz.) cottage cheese
1 (6 to 7 oz.) white tuna, packed in water
3 tbsp. chopped pimento
2 tsp. grated onion
Salt & pepper to taste

Blend cottage cheese until smooth and soft. Use blender or electric mixer. Drain and flake tuna. Combine with cottage cheese and seasonings.

DIABETIC PUNCH

1-2 liter diet Sprite
1 (46 oz.) can chilled unsweetened pineapple juice
1 pkg. blueberry Kool-Aid with Nutrasweet

Chill all ingredients and pour in punch bowl and serve.

NO CALORIE DIABETIC DRESSING

1/2 c. water
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/16 tsp. paprika
Artificial sweetener to substitute for 4 tsp. sugar

Combine and refrigerate. Yield: 1 cup. 1 serving = 1-2 tablespoons. *Diabetics - this is a free exchange. Sodium value 133 mg/2 tablespoons (low sodium diets omit salt). No cholesterol, protein fat or calories.

Party Punch Diabetic Style

2 (16 oz.) bottles diet ginger ale 1 qt. orange juice, unsweetened
1 (16 oz.) bottle citrus diet soda or 1 c. unsweetened pineapple
grapefruit or Fresca juice
1 c. lemon juice or ReaLemon 1 lg bowl shaped Ice block
6 - 8 whole cloves Nutra sweet, if needed to taste

Chill all ingredients until very cold. Just before serving combine all ingredients in a large punch bowl and smaller bowl shaped ice block. Makes 10 cups.

Light Spring Cooler

1 1/2 c. water 2 c. orange juice, unsweetened,
4 (3") sticks cinnamon chilled
6 whole cloves 1 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. sweet & low 1 (2 Liter) diet 7-Up
1 (46 oz.) unsweetened pineapple Orange wedges
juice, chilled

Combine water, cinnamon and cloves in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer 30 minutes, Cool. Add sweet & low. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight; discard spices. Combine fruit juice, stir well.
To serve: Combine fruit juice mixture with 7-Up; stir well. Serve over crushed ice. Place orange wedges in each glass. Yield 3 1/2 quarts. Great for company.
