Health Benefits of Magnetic Jewelry

Alternative Health Care has been becoming more and more popular. Although magnetic therapy is being used more today, it goes back about four thousand years.

It was found to be first recorded by the Greeks and Egyptians. And Chinese text found dating back to 2000 BC. described how they used magnets in their acupuncture therapy.

There are two types of magnets, which are; Biopolar and Unipolar.

Biopolar magnets have repeatable north and south polarity on the same side of the magnet. And Unipolar magnets, a name that is used to tell the other category of magnets that are "unidirectionally" applied to the body.

Magnetic energy had a calming, beneficial effect on the body. It increases the flow of blood and oxygen. When magnets are placed on the body, they immediately respond to the iron in the blood, increasing the circulation.

When you feel pain, like in your ankle, little electronic flashes are jumping from nerve ending to nerve ending. The electronic flashes go through your system to your brain, your brain registers this signal, sends another one back to your ankle. Which is when you feel pain. The magnets interrupt and absorb the electronic signal out of your nervous system before it gets to your brain.

Magnetic jewelry is used for many types of pain relief. There are natural magnetic stones. Magnetite or "loadstone" is a natural magnetic stone. It is found in South Africa, Italy, and Sweden. It is 100% natural. It is a very effective source of magnetic therapy.
Hematite is a mineral made from iron a mineral made from iron ore. This makes a very attractive magnetic jewelry. Hematite is a semi-precious gemstone.
