Cheese and Vegetable Kabobs
Italian dressing
Cherry peppers
Green onions, 1 inch slices
Green and red pepper chunks
Mushrooms
Red onion chunks
Zucchini slices
Pepperoni slices (3 inches) fold in quarters
Extra sharp cheddar cheese, cut into 3/4 inch cubes

Pour enough dressing over vegetables and pepperoni to moisten. Cover, marinate in refrigerator overnight. Drain vegetables and pepperoni. Arrange vegetables, pepperoni, and cheese on skewers. Serve with French bread or crackers.
