Tennessee Gourmet sauces review

This hot sauce which has an apple and spice flavoring along with the delicious kick of peppers comes in many strengths. Sensible, Sneaky, Silly and Stupid hot for experienced "Chile heads" as they noted on site. I absolutely enjoyed this different sauce! I found it great on ice cream, pancakes, roast beef and ham. For the Ice cream I heated it and thickened it a bit and poured it on, topped it with a dollop of whipped cream . . . wonderful! It gives roast beef a wonderful taste. I'm sure this will become a frequent sauce in my house.

The Snappy Pepper Jelly they also have available was delicious on cream cheese with crackers! I love serving this dish at holidays and parties to spice up the average party fare. I would definitely recommend these products for anyone who is tired of the same old sauces and wants something different.

The Tennesee Gourmet site has many great products including sauces, cookbook, apron and gift packages that you can have customized. Check them out and see what all they have.
