Maine Event Lobster Pie - A classic Maine lobster pie that is loaded with over a pound of delicious Maine lobster knuckle, claw, and tail meat and is baked in a rich garlic butter sauce flavored with white wine and topped with seasoned cracker crumbs. Dining at it's finest! Delicious and wonderful for guests and special occasions.Each pie is over two pounds and baked in a reusable heavy gauge pie tin.



Newport Newberg Lobster Pie - Silver Medal Winner—2004 International Boston Seafood Show. Another delicious pie with over a pound of prized Maine knuckle, tail and claw meat baked en casserole in a creamy sherry & wine Newburg sauce. Topped with buttery puff pastry in the design of a lobster, these are great for holidays and events and are also baked in a reusable heavy gauge pie tin.



New England Clam Chowder - A blend of tender sweet surf clams, clam broth, fresh cream, natural cut potatoes, and roux creates this wonderful chowder! The recipe is a three time Boston Chowdafest Champion.



Rockport Lobster Bisque - Another mouth-watering creationg! This bisque is made with minced lobster simmered in lobster stock and blended with fresh cream, celery, onions, sherry, herbs, and spices.

When you order these they are shipped rapidly by FedEx in styrofoam containers and cold packs to ensure that you get them delivered fresh to your door!

Their Chowders and Bisques are packaged in a 20 oz. Cryovac pouch to insure the freshest flavor, with the convenience of a boilable pouch. Servings for 10 and 20 are packaged in 8 lb. Cryovac bags.
