A Good Time to Wax Your Vehicle

I am a very early riser. On the weekends, I still get up around 4 or 5 am. I do my cardio exercises and then I polish/wax my car. This too is part of my exercise regimen. Always wash your car first. I use Meguiar's car wash pads. All you have to do is drop it in the bucket of warm water, and wash your car. The pad will dissolve almost immediately giving you crazy suds! By looking at the cloth/sponge, you'll see the dirt that has come off. I don't always dry it because of streaks. So I have a cup of coffee while it partially dries. I apply Meguiar's Quik Wax onto a soft clean (white) terry cloth. You can buy 12 in a pack at Wal-Mart for $3.97. These cloths should be white--colored cloths may transfer the color of the cloth--especially on white/light vehicles. After I spray the Quik Wax on, I rub the wax on in circular motion--I use it on my glass also. I cover the entire car. The Quik Wax dries quickly and comes off very easily--hence the name Quik Wax. Now for the wheels. I use Eagle One Tire Shine. Found at Wal-Mart for $3.97. I spray my tires and rims. I lightly pat my tires so most of the spray stays on the rubber. Then I take another clean towel and I am amazed how shiny my polished aluminum rims are. Now I can spend my day driving because I;ve done my polishing done EARLY. Enjoy the ride.
