Jersey Shore: Where Are they Now?

Jersey Shore: Where Are they Now?
There is no denying that when Jersey Shore came out on MTV back in 2009 it was an instant hit. Teenagers and twenty somethings fell in love with the show, which glorified clubbing, binge drinking, and the whole jersey shore party culture.

The show ran for six seasons, ending in 2012. Many of the former cast members are still famous, and have ran with the success from the show. Perhaps the former cast member with the most mainstream success would have to be Nicole Polizzi AKA Snooki.

Since the show has ended in 2012, Snooki has given birth to a baby boy, gotten engaged, and also has her own show with former cast member Jenni Farley, AKA Jwoww. Nicole has also written several books and performed on Dancing with the Stars.

Jenni Farley, AKA Jwoww, has also had success. She has starred on a show with Nicole, and had a clothing line for four months. After her clothing line was shut down, Jenni inked a deal selling tanning products. She is now engaged and currently expecting a baby girl.

Pauly D has also been very popular. He is now a world famous DJ, flying all over the world to DJ events and parties for celebrities. He is also now the father of a baby girl named Amabella Sophia.

Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola and Ronnie Ortiz-Magro are two other cast mates that seem to have faded somewhat. They started dating during the show and are still dating and now living together. Sammi runs a website that sells her clothing designs, and she still does appearance and bit parts. Ronnie has appeared in some television ads and does promotional work.

Michael Sorrentino, AKA the Situation, has grown several businesses since his time on the Shore. He has participated in Dancing with the Stars, has a clothing line, and has appeared on several television shows and made lucrative appearances.

Vinny Guadagnino was known on the show for wanting to become a lawyer. He was then given his own show by MTV entitled The Show with Vinny. He also owns a clothing line.

Angelina Pivarnick was probably the most hated person from Jersey Shore. After leaving the show after the second season, Angelina drifted. Like all the former cast members, Angelina does promotional work. She also does guest bartending and wrestling events.

Deena Cortese was a fairly new addition to the show, having auditioned for season one and being turned down. She was approached by MTV for season three after Angelina Pivarnick left. Deena now has advertising contracts for certain companies, and wants to get into voiceover work.

Jersey Shore changed eight people's lives. No matter whether the notoriety of the show has been good or bad, they have profited. Although there will never be another Jersey Shore, people will never forget this groundbreaking show.
