ARTICHOKE & GARLIC - These tasty treats were inspired by some marinated artichokes served by a farmer in Italy to the chef. Aren't we glad he went to Italy! The combination of smoked turkey and chicken with artichokes and garlic create a savory sausage good anytime!






CHICKEN & APPLE - You know these were my favorites! I LOVE the combination of chicken and apple in a sausage... What a treat for breakfast or anytime! You haven't lived until you've tried these.

HABANERO & GREEN CHILE - Sausages with lean and flavorful turkey and chicken blended with a touch of wood smoke and the tantalizing addition of fire roasted mild green chiles and hot Habaneros will wake up your mouth! They won't blister your mouth but they are a wonderful spicy addition to any meal!






PORTOBELLO MUSHROOM - These feature a delicious blend of chicken and turkey, sage, and sweet caramelized onions with champignons, portobello mushrooms, and the essence of the king of wild mushrooms, porcini or cepes (boletus edulis). They are wonderful in pastas and grilled, tossed on salads!

SUN-DRIED TOMATO - Another one of my favorites with chunks of sun-dried tomatoes imbedded within this tasty sausage of turkey and chicken flavored with fresh basil. These are inspired by the wholesome fresh foods that are the center of Italian living and are great in pastas. We enjoy grilling these.. they compliment many sides like macaroni salad, potato salad and are a wow with baked beans!

MAPLE & SMOKED BACON BREAKFAST LINKS - You can't wake up any better than to the smell of these savory chicken, turkey and bacon flavored sausages combined with the sweet addition of real maple sugar and sweet potatoes!
