Spicy Artichoke and Horseradish Dip
Guest Author - Vanette (Vannie) Ryanes

Artichoke and Horseradish Dip is great for dipping but it makes a delicious topping for baked potatoes also.

Ingredients:

2 Cans artichokes
1 medium garlic glove finely minced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup yogurt
1 tblspn horseradish (or to taste)
1 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 tblspn Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

irections:

Pre-heat oven 350 degrees.
1. Drain well and chop artichokes. Mix in mayonnaise, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, one half-cup parmesan.

2. Blend well and place in ovenproof glass dish. Bake for 1/2 hour, then sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Continue baking until cheese is brown and starts to bubble.

Serve with any hearty cracker or toast points.

Serves 8 to 12
