Who needs a fashion intervention? Looking for the fashionably challenged through out the US!! Nominees get $5,000 in clothing and accessories, personal fashion consulting, a trip to NYC and a complete hair & style makeover.

Secretly nominate your friend or relative, but they are also looking for females who fit into the following categories. Note that they are also taking nominations for people who fit other categories as well.

-Hippies
-Stuck in the 70's
-Stuck in the 80's
-Biker Babes (Harley-riding /Hell's Angel need a makeover?)
-Pop Star look-a-like (Does your friend STILL dress like Madonna circa 1985?)
-Supermodel wannabe (Do you have a friend that COULD be a supermodel, but needs fashion & styling help?)
-Someone who makes their own clothes?
-Divorced and needs a fresh start.
-Just Out of Jail and needs a fresh start.

Email Entry Procedure:

-Your Nominee's Name and the nearest major city (i.e. New York, Philadelphia, etc) in the subject line.
-In the email, include her name, age, size, height, occupation, marital status, children if any, location. Describe her personality, her style, and why you feel that she is a fashion disaster.
-Please include any interesting anecdotes, stories or facts about your nominee.
-Include any information about upcoming events, parties, promotions, or celebrations that would require her to look her best.
-Include 2 pictures that illustrate her bad fashion sense.
-Be sure to include all pertinent contact information, including phone numbers, emails, etc.


The NYC Special

The Times Square (New York City) Special is accepting self-nominations for a special episode of the show. Get a full fashion transformation. Tell them why they should choose you - give them a good sales pitch!

Nominee will receive $5000 to spend on clothing, access to the best shopping in NYC, personal fashion consulting, hair and make-up!
