Ingredients:
Hard boiled Eggs 4
Gram flour 2 tsp
Chopped Mint leaves 1 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp
Chopped Green chillis 2
Finely chopped small Onion 1
Egg white of one egg
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp(optional)
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
salt to taste
Oil for frying
Method:
Grate the hard boiled eggs. Combine with all the ingredients except oil. Mix well and Knead into smooth dough. divide dough into 10-12 equal portions. Using each portion make flat round and keep aside. Heat Oil in deep frying pan and fry kababs, few at a time untill crisp and golden brown. Garnish with onion rings. Serve hot with mint chutney.
