Ingredients:
Coarse Gram flour 3/4 cup
Powdered sugar 3/4 cup
Clarified butter or ghee 1/3 cup
Method:
Heat the ghee in a kadhai, add the gram flour and cook over a low flame stirring continuously till it is golden brown in colour.
Remove from the heat. pour onto a plate. Let it cool.
Mix together the gram flour mixture and sugar.
Divide into equal portions and shape into round balls
