Rosemary or Parmesan Garlic Potatoes RecipePotatoes made this way serves as appetizers too. No dipping sauce needed. 2 lbs. new red potatoes, quartered or buy small red and halve. 1 roasted garlic clove* 1 tspn of dried rosemary 1 tspn of olive oil Salt to taste 1. Mix all ingredients together, including potatoes. Stir to coat potatoes with oil. 2. Spread on a non-stick baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes. Hint Make Parmesan Cheese and Garlic Potatoes the same way. Omit the rosemary and sprinkle the oil coated potatoes with Parmesan Cheese from the jar.
