Two Methods to Apply:

1.Complete the application package as described here and in the application and send the entire completed application package to the Producers at the address below to be received by midnight February 22! That means you need to get it done in the next couple of days and send it overnight! Package must include the Completed Participant Application, a 3-three-minute videotape labeled clearly with your name and the code and part of it must show you doing your best runway walk. Include too, three (3) photos of yourself, each clearly labeled on the back with your name and the corresponding with the location nearest you. One must be a close-up of your face, the second must be a full-length photograph of your entire (clothed) body, and the third must be a full-length photograph of you wearing a swimsuit, and one of these three photographs may be in black and white. Please note that the Producers are looking for a variety of models including plus size models. Polaroids are acceptable as long as you are clearly visible. • Legible copies of your: 1) United States passport and driver's license; OR 2) social security card and birth certificate.
