The Winter months are the best time to purchase your auto detailing products. These products don't really move as they do in the Summer months so the best time to buy these products is right now! For instance, a 12 pack of terry towels are normally $4-5. They are now 1/2 that price at Wal-Mart! I also found Meguiar's Quik Wax on sale there and several other waxes and polishes--some less than half price! These items are not being discontinued, they're just trying to move the products so they can order more in the Spring and make room for the new comers.

I'm not saying that ALL stores are doing this, but keep your eyes and ears open and check out Wal-Mart! Now is the time to stock up. You may even be lucky enough to buy enough for the entire Spring-Summer!

I was in Auto Zone very recently to purchase a bottle of Tire Sine when I noticed the prices of all Tire Shine products had jumped by nearly $1.50 to $2.00! What I was used to paying $3.99 for, is now $5.49!! In fact, I didn't see any tire shine under $5.49! I was shocked to say the very least. I'm told by my colleagues that this price increase is the reflection of the cost of Petroleum! The prices haven't changed much at Wal-Mart where you can get most all Tire Shines on the market.

So when shopping for any detailing product that has petroleum in it, mainly Tire Shines, you may very be paying more from now on.
