Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller have filed for divorce today and TMZ has obtained the divorce papers. No surprise there. What wife would put up with his ridiculous behavior, as well as have it aired all over the world to see?

Charlie and Brooke signed a 43-page property settlement document back in May, in which they divided all their assets and agreed on child custody. According to the document — obtained by TMZ — Brooke and Charlie get joint legal custody of their two kids. Brooke gets primary physical custody and Charlie gets visitation rights. Do you think he'll be able to carve time out of his busy schedule of chasing women to visit any of his 4 children?

Brooke gets $55,000 a month in child support, and according to the document, “Under no circumstances shall the child support paid by Charlie for Bob and Max be less than the child support paid by Charlie to Denise Richards for Sam and Lola.” Gee, do ya think you could live on a mere $55,000 per month? No wonder Charlie is willing to perform on the dumb sitcom "Two and Half Men"...he has a LOT of money to dish out every month for being an unfaithful husband and irresponsible father. Then again, maybe the character he portrays on that show isn't acting at all...I watched the sitcom the other night for the first time and was amazed at how such a self-centered, womanizing jerk could get so many laughs. Of course, it's a recorded laugh track...would he get that many people to giggle at his antics in real life? Of course not.

Brooke Mueller gets cash from several income sources, plus a lump sum parting gift of $757,689.70. Charlie gets the family house but has to pay Brooke around one million dollars. Charlie gets to keep his 5.45 million dollar watch collection. Seriously? No wonder he has no understanding of reality. 5.45 million dollars worth of watches? I'll tell you what time it is, Mr. Carlos Irwin Estevez... Time to grow up.

Martin Sheen is reportedly trying to set up an intervention for his son to stop his downward spiral. Will it help? It certainly couldn't hurt. Unfortunately, Charlie has been in rehab many times. Maybe they could hold the intervention at the Plaza Hotel. Charlie seems to like it there.
