There are hundreds of scented candles on the market and I've found that some are better than others. I prefer The Healing Garden's aromatherapy candles over many other brands. The lavender fragrance is soft, calming and genuine and the candle fills the room with fragrance after burning for about one hour. These candles are longer lasting than many. A good test of a quality candle is to check the amount of wax residue that remains after the candle has finished burning. These candles leave their glass holders with almost no residue, making it easy to re-use the container.
It's a known fact that a warm bath just prior to bedtime can help us sleep much better. Why not light a lavender candle and soak in the tub this evening while you plan your lucid dreaming rendesvous?
