Symbolic Spiritual Jewelry Review

Guest Author - Deanna Joseph

It never would have occurred to me to review jewelry for a dreams site. But here I am…. reviewing jewelry.

But not just any jewelry, Ka Gold Jewelry offers personally designed and crafted symbols of transformation.

For dreamers, symbols are very important. They give us strength, help us to solve mysteries, and allow us to tap into that deep, inner source of knowledge and wisdom. Especially through the use of personal symbols.

The charm I received from Ka Gold Jewelry is a spoon. But not just any spoon, it is a bent spoon known as the Will Power Pendant, and I am absolutely in love with it! I chose the sterling silver piece, and the delicate engraving on it reads “Perfect cause, perfect will and perfect love bring perfect result.” It arrived in a small gift box, and enclosed was a scroll that had the description from the website.

The bent spoon is a very powerful personal symbol for me.

When I first watched the movie, The Matrix, I was fascinated by the young boy that Neo meets in the Oracle’s apartment. He’s bending a spoon with the power of his mind. But then he looks at Neo and says “Do not try and bend the spoon, that’s impossible. Instead only try to realize the truth… there is no spoon… it is not the spoon that bends, it is only our self.”

I then had the good fortune of attending a spoon bending course, and found that indeed spoon bending was not what I thought! It was not about using your mind to bend the spoon (that’s impossible) it was about using our will to bend something that we believed to be unbendable.

Hence my attraction to the Will Power Pendant! I had been browsing through their selection for days, and found several that I was very drawn to, but I actually dreamt about this particular piece before I’d even made up my mind!

So, that’s how I made my choice – through a dream! But there are other ways to choose – simply browsing through the symbols is the easiest way. Several may call to you, but one will call the loudest!

I loved this site because of the variety of symbols they had to offer – literally hundreds – that serve as both personal symbols and archetypal symbols! They offer pendants, bracelets, rings and earrings in both gold and sterling silver. Their prices range from $37 for a simple sterling silver charm to $3,298 for a complex gold necklace. They offer styles from the following traditions: Egyptian, New Age, Tibetan, Buddhist, Japanese, Merkaba, Kabbalah, Sacred Geometry, Jewish, Tree of Life, Eco, Astrology and motivational pieces.

Ka Gold Jewelry offers some traditional pieces that are familiar, such as the Star of David, the Om symbol and the Flower of Life. But there were many, many pieces that I didn’t recognize. Beautiful, powerful symbols from ancient traditions meant to empower us to change and grow. And in the case of my piece, new symbols that empower!

David Weitzman, the designer of Ka Gold Jewelry, is a truth seeker who has studied several spiritual traditions. This spiritual energy is channeled into his work, creating pieces that are meant to transform and inspire. He creates his spiritually inspired pieces in his workshop in Israel.

Symbols speak the language of the subconscious mind, and have the ability to stimulate our own inner resources. I can’t think of a more pleasant way to experience this spiritual expression than by wearing a piece of this beautifully crafted jewelry.
