How To Start a Health Resolution
Greetings! Do you want to know how to start a resolution? I'm ready for a resolution how about you?
Resolutions can be some of the most discouraging things that we've come up with. In them lies the wide open opportunities of failures and a weakening of the trust we have in our own words to ourselves and ultimately to others. We make promises which begin to decline into pseudo-promises, compromises and finally defeat. These same things have the ability to eventually throw us so far off balance that we begin to overcompensate for our lack of control and willpower in one area with an overabundance of it in another.
Looking forward on this month's articles, I'm a bit contemplative.
What can I write that is going to bring the most good, the highest good?
How can I deliver the information that is going to take care of the foundational things where a successful walk in a healthy lifestyle is possible?
What does the year's end hold?
Are we really ready for next year?
It may seem like I'm jumping the gun, but I wonder if in fact that I've started too late.
When I think about my reason for editing the vegetarian site here at BellaOnline, it is ultimately to serve. If the help comes by listening to your needs or pointing you in the right direction, troubleshooting a vegetarian challenge or something else that will best serve your needs, that's what I'm here for.
I want to provide you the foundational principles that will work for you and allow you to build a sound, healthy lifestyle; resources that you can use immediately; pragmatic approaches to your vegetarian walk and / or curiosity; and, an open forum where you can find answers to all of your vegetarian questions.
For the rest of this year, starting this month, I'll be starting some posts in the forum that will, hopefully, create an environment of healthy dialogue and transformation. Posts that allow for deeper thought and more sure answers.
If you know your resolution is going to be:
* to shed those extra unwanted pounds;
* to build the lean muscle mass;
* to reduce your cholesterol buildup and clear up your vascular system;
* to improve your memory;
* anything else for that matter,
then instead of creating a pressure cooker incident, where you feel the eyes and thoughts of others are watching you make the same mistakes year after year and get the same failing results as they shake their heads, do something about it. Do something novel and different.
Consider your cost.
Set your foundation from now.
Figure out what it is that you want and avail yourself towards getting it.
That's what this site is here for.
I myself have some 'new year's resolutions', but I'm starting from now to stay out of the holiday rush. Will you join me?
I want to hear from you. Drop me a line. Send in your questions, comments, suggestions, concerns & topics of interest by stopping by the forum, joining my newsletter and / or filling in your email address below. We will never share your information! If you will spread this word we can set the foundation for a new "Health Resolution" for a lot of people.
As always... it's been great sharing with you. Until later... Bye for now.
