Garlic Butter Spread Recipe

You can make garlic bread quick in a wink with this garlic butter spread. Great on corn on the cob or spread on hot corn muffins. You will find a dozen uses for this spicy garlic butter. Store in refrigerator or may be frozen.

2 large cloves garlic, peeled
8 oz. unsalted butter (stick butter)
1/2 tspn parsley flakes
1/4 tspn curry powder
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/2 cup light olive oil
1/4 tspn coarse salt

Crush the garlic to a paste in the salt. Use fork to mix with butter, curry powder and chili powder. Blend until butter mixture is smooth. Add olive oil a small bit at a time, stirring and blending each time until all oil has been incorporated into butter mix. Spread onto plastic wrap and wrap into a short round log, twist ends of wrap, place spread in refrig to firm.

Try a pat on rice or potatoes. Delicious on steak.
