Modern Bride magazine unveiled "The World's 50 Best Honeymoons" in the August/September 2007 issue's 11th annual honeymoon survey. The magazine polled the prestigious Virtuoso network of travel specialists, which is made up of more than 6,000 elite travel agents, including Stacy Small, who is featured in a BellaOnline.com Honeymoon Travel Q&A (see link below).

Italy knocked Hawaii from the top spot that it had held for the previous 10 years. Not surprisingly, though, Hawaii ranked second, followed by some other worldwide beach destinations.

The top 10 honeymoon destinations are:
