You'll find their restaurant "The Blossoming Lotus Restaurant" in the heart of Kapaa Town, Kauai where they serve not only award winning cuisine but also offer catering and provide a juice bar, bakery and a gourmet dining experience you will never forget!
The cookbook itself is a beautifully designed work of art and contains over 200 international gourmet vegan and live food cuisine recipes (live food meaning nutrient rich foods that have not been heated above 116 degrees so that heat sensitive enzymes and naturally occuring life force remains in the foods). It has recieved 4 award nominations finalist-nautilus book awards, health and healing category and best small press category, finalist-foreword magazine best cookbook, and semi finalist in independent publishers book awards in the cookbook category. It has also recently won the nautilus award for best small press. I can see why!
