There are so many free activities for Hong Kong visitor. Bruce Lee’s statue on the Avenue of Stars is a new addition. The bronze statue by the premiere sculptor, Cao Chongen, stands 2.5 meters high. It weighs 600 kilograms.

Bruce Lee’s statute is a gift of the Hong Kong Bruce Lee Club. The club is dedicated to the world famous martial arts’ star. Mr. Lee stars in “Enter the Dragon” and many other films and documentaries. He starts his career in the Hong Kong film industry. He is one of the first Hong Kong film stars who went to Hollywood, California.

In Hollywood, the talented Bruce Lee continues winning the hearts of movie goers. Young men want to be like him. The women desire to be his love interest. His career and popularity grows until his untimely death in 1973. In 1973, Bruce Lee has a fatal accident ending his promising career.

The Avenue of Stars is on the Kowloon waterfront. It is directly across from the Hong Kong Island. The Avenue is near the Star Ferry pier. Stop by and enjoy this free Hong Kong activity.
