Green teas are a favorite of the health conscious individual. So, it is understandable why green teas are popular among the average person to the professional athlete. So, many wonder if the health benefits are true? And how can we all benefit from drinking green tea?
Personally, I enjoy drinking green tea. Especially in the winter time. The subtle tea flavor is very enjoyable and is very good with just a drop of lemon and honey for sweetness. And drinking green tea is very relaxing and soothing. Helps one to unwind at the end of a busy day. And makes you feel like you are actually doing something healthy for your body.
