A Christmas Story is a classic tale of Christmas with a few twists. Starring Peter Billingsley, there are a number of mistakes found in this movie.

Issues with time always amuse me. There are cars from the 1980s in the background driving past when you have the schoolyard flagpole situation happening. Also, the Radio Flyer logo used is the one from the 80s.

Even in the Disney parade, that's a more modern style Mickey Mouse outfit shown vs what would actually have been used back then.

The package they show for BBs is not right for that era. It would have been crimped closed.

Also, you can spot a Dukes of Hazzard digital watch in the classroom.

Here's a sad error. The classroom had African-Americans in it - but back then, his school would have been all white by law.
