Air Asia is a low cost airline in Malaysia. It was founded in 1994. They have a web site. The Air Asia web site lists travel promotions. Check the site for current deals. There are how to book a flight directions. The Southeast Asia air carrier flies to ten different countries servicing several cities in each country.

They have 22 Boeing 737s. The average age of the aircraft is 16 years.

Remember many Southeast Asia low cost airlines do not accept credit cards. It is best to plan to make arrangements after landing in the area. Use the web site to discover the price of the journey before landing. This may seem to be an inconvenience, but this is the standard procedure for for the independent traveler.

Make sure to reach the boarding gate early. Seating is not assigned. There are snacks for sale aboard the air carrier. Bring reading materials or music on Air Asia as on all low-fare airlines. Use the time to enter entries in your travel journal.
