Irish Beef and Cabbage Recipe


Irish Beef And Cabbage

2 Pounds Corned Beef Brisket -- Up To 2 1/2 Pounds
1 Medium Onion -- Chopped
1 10 Oz package Frozen Baby Carrots
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon caraway seeds
1/2 Small Cabbage -- Shredded
1 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar

Place corned beef in a slow cooker. Top with onion, carrots,
water, wine vinegar, caraway seeds and salt and pepper to taste

Cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours or until meat is
tender. Remove from cooker; slice and serve. serves 6.

Per Serving (excluding unknown items): 325 Calories; 22 g Fat
(63.0% calories from fat); 23 g Protein; 7 g Carbohydrate; 2 g
Dietary Fiber; 81 mg Cholesterol; 214 mg Sodium.
