Moms Newsletter

Hello BellaOnline Moms,

Thanks for visiting the Moms Site at BellaOnline. I am delighted to be the Editor here and look forward to sharing, conversing, and preserving our sanity together!

I have four children (three boys and a girl) who were all born within five and a half years. One would think my degree in Counseling and additional training in Life Coaching would have prepared me well for the experience of parenthood. (My work experiences included residential treatment centers for abused children, pregnant teenagers, building resiliency skills in pre-teens, drug prevention in middle school, etc). But, nothing really prepares you for motherhood except the experience itself.

The Moms site is a place focused on MOMS. We'll talk about taking care of ourselves, balancing the many roles of motherhood, parenting issues, and much more. Motherhood is a life long process where we continually redefine and recreate ourselves. It is my hope that the Moms Site at BellaOnline will become a resource for you to explore the many facets of motherhood. I hope that we can laugh together, learn from each other, and support each other through the journey.

Please feel free to email me your ideas and suggestions for future articles, as well as your feedback on articles I have written. I enjoy hearing from you.

Below is some technical information to help ensure you receive the weekly newsletters:

BellaOnline Privacy Policy:
We hate spam as much as you do so rest assured that we take your privacy very seriously and will never think about, much less share your email address, with a third party.

Unsubscribing:
In the unlikely event that you want to unsubscribe, all you have to do is click on the link provided at the bottom of the newsletter. We will certainly miss you but you'll have no worries about us ever bugging you.

Didn't Receive Your Newsletter?
First, go prowling around in your junk folder as it might have ended up there. If you find it there, just white-list BellaOnline, which simply means to add us to your address book. If not, try adjusting your spam filter according to your particular settings.

Thanks again for stopping by. I am looking forward to the days ahead,
