Thanks for visiting the Moms Site at BellaOnline. I am delighted to be the Editor here and look forward to sharing, conversing, and preserving our sanity together!

I have four children (three boys and a girl) who were all born within five and a half years. One would think my degree in Counseling and additional training in Life Coaching would have prepared me well for the experience of parenthood. (My work experiences included residential treatment centers for abused children, pregnant teenagers, building resiliency skills in pre-teens, drug prevention in middle school, etc). But, nothing really prepares you for motherhood except the experience itself.

The Moms site is a place focused on MOMS. We'll talk about taking care of ourselves, balancing the many roles of motherhood, parenting issues, and much more. Motherhood is a life long process where we continually redefine and recreate ourselves. It is my hope that the Moms Site at BellaOnline will become a resource for you to explore the many facets of motherhood. I hope that we can laugh together, learn from each other, and support each other through the journey.
