Ingredients:
1/2 pineapple cubed
1 large orange segmented and deseeded
1 small bunch grapes halved
1 guava cubed
1/2 cucumber cubed
1 tomato cubed
1 cup mixed vegetables(beans, cauliflower, peas, carrot) (steamed)
2 spring onions finely chopped
1/4 tsp cummin powder
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp lime juice
For the yoghurt sauce:
1 cup yoghurt
1/4 cup fresh cream
1/2 tsp mustard powder
1 tbsp mint - coriander paste( grind 1.5 tsp mint leaves and 1.5 tsp coriander leaves together)
to prepare yoghurt sauce in a blender blend all the above ingredients to a smooth sauce.
Method:
Mix all the fruit and vegetables together in a salad bowl with salt, pepper, cummin powder and lime juice. pour the yoghurt sauce over the salad and serve chilled.
