Leadership is vitally important in the success of every business. A good leader can make or break a company. The challenge is that too few get it right. Understandably so; things like fear, insecurity and of course ego can blind the eyes of even the best leader. However, those who are able to escape the obstacles to leadership and stay focused do more than build strong companies, they change lives. I’m starting a series on leadership and would like you to be a part of it.
