Rosie O'Donnell and Julian McMahon Get Down on The View
Guest Author - Michelle Snow

Julian McMahon, one of the stars of the red-hot "Nip/Tuck," paid a visit to the set of the daily talk show, "The View" on Monday. But he didn't come empty-handed, to the delight of co-host Rosie O'Donnell, who is guesting on his show this season.

Rosie O'Donnell and Julian McMahon on The View [photo: ABC]On the "Nip/Tuck," O'Donnell plays Dawn Budge, a white-trash lottery winner who enlists the plastic surgeons to reconstruct her body. After her husband and her daughter from another marriage run off together, Budge pays Dr. Christian Troy (played by McMahon) $400,000 for sex on a fur rug.

And it was that same zebra-striped fur rug that the actor brought with him. As he unfurled it on the floor in front of O'Donnell, she howled with delight. With shocked co-host Joy Behar looking on, O'Donnell then laid on the rug and McMahon got on top for a clothed re-enactment of their scene from the episode.

Don't feel bad for Behar, though. After she quipped that she was feeling like a fifth wheel, McMahon invited her down on the rug for a spin with him. Hmm...wonder how I can co-host next time he's on?

Missed the episode? Have no fear...TMZ has posted the clip on their website (surprisingly I couldn't find it on YouTube) here.

O'Donnell's "Nip/Tuck" character has proven so popular that there are reportedly talks to spin off the character into a new series. On her website, the actress confirms this in her October 16 edition of Ask Ro, saying, "talks r over i said yes." The spin-off will reportedly be shot in New York City, so O'Donnell can continue her hosting duties on "The View."
