Consumer Resources for Vitamin Savings and Doctor Tips
Guest Author - Bonnie Sayers

Consumers can receive vitamin guides, coupons and news about vitamins and health by signing up for the Centrum Pledge For Life from Wyeth Consumer Healthcare.

The emails include healthy tips plus a coupon to print out immediately for savings on your next vitamin purchase. You can find a store near you that sells their products and choose to receive newsletter regarding children's multivitamins and adult multivitamins.

The daily email program includes reminders to take your vitamins and bonus reward points towards their sweepstakes, which is an Alaskan cruise.

Nature Made offers coupons to consumers, plus they have Wellness Rewards through the Nature Made Wellness Advisor. Once you sign up you link up the Nature Made and Nature's Resources vitamin purchases with the codes found on the bottle labels.

These earn you points toward more coupons for vitamnins and supplements. I entered the code from three bottles from my vitamin purchases I made 185 points. When you reach 500 points you get a five or seven-dollar coupon for either brand for your next purchase. There is a limit to one coupon redemption per household every thirty days.

There is also the Ask An Expert through an email system. There is also access to questions they have already responded to.

Another resource is to receive via email a daily tip from Dr. Weil. Each day there is a question and answer section. Dr. Weil also has a vitamin advisor section at his site that gives personalized recommendations. Today's tip was how to prevent postnasal drip, colds and the flu.

Dr. Mercola sends out an informative newsletter, eHealthy News You Can Use. The motto of this newsletter is, " your journey to independent health". The newsletter includes featured products and access to archived articles. There is now a new interactive site to comment and rate on the articles at www.vitalnotes.com. There is a wealth of information at this site.
