No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this sweepstakes. To enter via postal mail, hand print you name, address, city, state, zip code, age, telephone number and email address (if any) on a 3" x 5" card and mail it to: Ziploc Fresh For Success Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 1347, Maryland Heights, MO 63043, USA. All mail in entries must be legible and hand-written. Each 3” x 5” card must be mailed separately in a hand-addressed envelope and have sufficient postage.
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time January 5, 2010, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on April 17, 2010.
Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc. (“Sponsor”), S.C. Johnson and Son, Ltd., Weight Watchers International, Inc. (“Administrator”), and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising, promotion and administrative agencies (hereafter, collectively “Released Parties”), and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same household as such employees, whether or not related, are not eligible.
There is only on (1) Grand Prize but it is a doozy!
A trip for two (2) people (the Grand Prize winner and a guest) to New York City, New York, USA that includes: round trip airfare for two (coach class) from the nearest major airport to Grand Prize winner’s mailing address to New York City, approximate retail value (“ARV”) US $1,500 (actual retail value may vary depending on departure city, airline and dates of travel); two (2) nights stay in a AAA rated four diamond hotel (single standard room, double occupancy), valued at up to US $2,000; transportation to/from the airport and hotel, valued at up to US $150 (paid in the form of check); two (2) day meal allowance of US $1,000 each for Grand Prize winner and guest ($2,000 total, paid in the form of check); supervised shopping for both Grand Prize winner and guest up to US $1,500 each ($3,000 total) with a department store personal shopper to be chosen by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Also, for the Grand Prize winner only, the Grand Prize includes: a hair and make-up makeover with a stylist to be chosen by Sponsor in its sole discretion up to US $1,000; a one-on-one consultation with a nutritionist to be chosen by Sponsor in its sole discretion up to US $500; a collection of Weight Watchers cookbooks worth US $200; assorted fitness apparel up to US $550 (paid in the form of check); US $2,100 for groceries by a home delivery service or paid in the form of check if home delivery is not available; and US $2,500 for a health club membership and trainer (paid in the form of check). Total approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is US $15,500. All Travel must be completed by April 30, 2011. Black out dates apply for December 15, 2010 – January 2, 2011. Grand Prize Winner (and guest as applicable) is solely responsible for the payment of all federal, state and local taxes and all additional meals, beverages, transportation or other expenses or costs relating to the Grand Prize not expressly set forth above.
