This is a verticle Rotisserie with top casserole that I love to use! For healthy, roasted foods this rotisserie is great! Plus it has the added bonus of a two-quart removable top casserole that steams, roasts, poaches, simmers, and warms a variety of sides. You can cook a whole meal with this one machine! It will cook anything from whole chicken, steaks, fish, roasts, vegetables, and more evenly while searing in the juices and flavors and draining off the fat.

The digital display with auto-shutoff timer helps the busy cook and it features a cool-touch cabinet for added safety.

Accessories such as the adjustable basket to grill smaller foods like steaks and vegetables etc..., a roasting rack, eight skewers for tasty kabobs, and cookbook, with time/temperature charts, are included with this wonderful piece of kitchen equipment.
