Peppermint and Skylar, the Parrotlets cuddle together in this jigsaw puzzle. My friend Teresa Schnurr took this adorable picture of her Parrotlets and allowed me to use it for this puzzle as well as for the postcard section.

Peppermint, on the right, is a green male Celestial Pacific Parrotlet and Skylar, on the left is a blue female Pacific Parrotlet.

Parrotlets are one of the smallest parrots. They range in size from 4.5 inches to 5.5 inches. The only smaller parrot is the Mayr's Pygmy Parrot at 3.5 inches.

There is nothing small about the Parrotlet's attitude. You simply can not convince these little birds that they are actually little. Care must be taken to keep them from getting into trouble and possibly injured from other pets.
