If you decide to go for a purple or pink stone, I would check the clarity and the carat of those stones. Clarity is the purity of a diamond and carat is the size of the stone, the more carats the bigger the stone and the bigger the price tag.

If I ever had to pick out an engagement ring I would go for cut and clarity. The cut of the diamond can make a small stone look beautiful and the clarity can make a ring, which only cost a couple of hundred dollars, look like it’s worth a couple of thousand of dollars.
