Budgies Jigsaw Puzzle

Here are a couple of beautiful budgies in a jigsaw puzzle for you to make. Thanks to Louis Garwood for sending this great picture to me.

As always, you can make this harder (or easier) by changing the number and shape of puzzle pieces. You may have to scroll over to get the whole puzzle in view on the computer.

Budgies are wonderful little birds. They come in so many different colours now than they used to, although the familiar green and yellow of the wild budgies is still the most common followed by the blue and white colour. All the colours are very bright and pretty, but the budgie personality is the same in all of them.

These birds are constantly on the go and love company - both human and other birds, especially - but not limited to - other budgies.

If you are not interested in breeding budgies but want to have more than one, it is best to have either all males or all females. A mixed flock of males and females will get along fine, but there is always the possibility that two will pair up and decide to nest. This could also encourage others to pair up as well.

Louis Garwood has a beautiful little flock of these birds and luckily for me, he loves taking pictures of them.
